I loved this look K had for this press conference on November 6th 2009. She wore a gorgeous Roland Mouret Zonda Crepe top tunic dress in black with some gorgeous gems on it. She paired the dress with black opaque tights and Gucci patent pumps allowing her to show off her long legs. To accessorise she wears a Rainbow Moonstone Ring, a Antique 'Little Red Riding Hood' Spoon Ring and her favourite Chanel Camélia J2940 Onyx Rose with Diamonds Ring. I also love her hair here, vety femine and beautiful.
