The nominations phase in this year’s Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers’ Choice Awards, the only major theatre prize-giving to be decided by the public, opens today, Monday 5 November 2007 and this is where you start. Just enter the names of the productions, performers and other artists you want to nominate and this will count toward the final shortlists.
Shortlists will be published on 7 December 2007, after which you'll be able to vote for the eventual winners. Final results will be announced in February 2008.

Voting - limited to one vote per person - is strictly monitored to allow as fair an outcome as possible and to ensure that any attempted rigging is captured. The monitoring takes a number of forms and includes email registration, technical checks and statistical analysis.
